"Rhinestone" Skirt DIY

I have crafty ADD. I would love to be a wildly successful Crafter/Blogger/Entrepreneur that has found her niche and practices to perfect one skill.
Alas, that isn't me. I start a project, make one or two things, then something new has caught my eye and I'm trying to learn yet another new skill.

I change my mind, a lot! I always want to try something new. On the plus side, I love learning and exploring new things. On the negative side, it can get frustrating always wanting to go get new supplies to try new things, and subsequently trying to find places to store all this crafty stuff I accumulate. So I try to Reduce Reuse and Recycle what I've got into new projects.
This project came from keeping scraps that I knew I'd eventually have use for again.

My daughter LOVES sparkly things (not gonna lie, I do too!). She had a plain Jane denim skirt and I had some leftover Siser Glitter Heat Transfer Material.

As you can see in this picture, there really wasn't enough material from this scrap to run through my Silhouette machine and cut anything out. So I grabbed a hole punch and started punching out little circles to use as rhinestones.
I simply laid the dots on the fabric, making sure they were glitter side up, laid a scrap of the clear plastic carrier that comes on the material over it and ironed. Voila!
The look of rhinestones, the ease of Iron-on. My daughter loves it, Win-Win-Win!
